you should talk to your friend and tell her that it was wrong for her to do that because now she might have ruined things for you. but also you need to talk to him and find out whats going. just be all like "listen bro. ik last week you told me you liked me, but now sometimes it feels like you dont like me anymore, can you PLEASE make up your mind and tell me what it is?" lol jk but you really need to talk to this kid and find out whats going. i mean if his dad is in the hospital then obviously he might be acting weird. it might be bothering him at sometimes and hes just not trying to show it. you need to take all possibilities into consideration.Those times that he acts like he doesnt like you may be the times where he is at his weakest because of whats happening in his life right now. hope this helped youu!(:

i think you should talk to your friend /: its gonna be hard but if she your best friend she will understand. the same thing happened to me. and we only ended dating for like a week. you also need to talk to this boy too and tell him how this is making you feel. he will understand because she is your best friend. guys are immature and very dumb but he will understand if you tell him the situation maybe he can help. your friend may need closure from him. maybe they need to talk and figure things out and how they can be friends so she can get over him and you can be happy. i love my best friend and if it were me i would talk to her so i wouldnt be going behind her back in this way /: like i said its gonna be hard but she needs to know that you have developed some feelings for this boy..

i think you should just find out who else is going and tell them to meet up with you there. i had a friend do that too me once. i was going to my homecoming dance and my friend was gonna go with me and stay over but her mom said no so she decided she was gonna come over anyways and take that night away from me and my bf and i bitched her out and she ended up going because i got off and told off her mom saying that it wasnt right that i couldnt go just because she couldnt. (her mom said no 5 mins before we were leaving for the dance) so yeaa i think you should just be like well im going so yea. lol sorry if i wasnt much help :b
