You know what, tell him you wanna date and see what he says be like i really wish we could go out;) and if he dosnt ask you out but like will you ask me out;) and just be all flirty i have this guy i have liked for 2 years and we havnt dated since last year and hes my best friend and its so hard, not to date him i am waiting for the right time and place to tell him how i feel for him, maybe you can do the same;)
