I have a story for you. You don't have to read but this moment changed everything. Over the summer, I was having a party and I was freaking out. Everyone was making a mess and throwing stuff into the fire pit and I couldn't keep track of everything. I was plain old freaking out. Then my crush, who I had liked the whole school year, came up to me and we started talking. We took a walk, we just walked and walked around my house and he calmed me down, made me laugh, made me smile. Then we stopped. we stopped and looked right into each others eyes. Like a fairytale kiss. But while gazing into his eyes something ticked. I kept on walking. All I wanted was him by my side. No more complications. I just needed a friend. That night,after everyone left I just smiled. I thought this near fairytale experience made me like him more. But now I realize, looking back, this moment made me realize I didn't want the kiss. I wanted him by my side. I don't know what would of or could of come from this but I picked friend, over more then that. This boy is my best friend. We have always thought that in fairytales best friends became lovers. In my fairytale my "lover" became my best friend.
