If I faked my death,
(but nobody knew)
Would you come to my funeral?
And cry for me, too?
Would you dress all in black?
Swallowed in grief?
Or instead would you heave
a sigh of relief.
Vanished from sight.
Gone for forever.
Just an old photograph.
Please,
Always remember.
What if then,
I came "back" to life?
Would you jump up in fright?
Or shout out in delight?
Would you tell me everything
You've wanted to say?
Or instead would you keep it
all bolt-locked away.
It brings out the question I started to say:
If I faked my death
