Thank you so much; i really love the movie idea with the healthy food!! It's just breaking my heart because she's so beautiful but she thinks she's fat and it's killing me. But you've inspired me and now I'm going to try to think of even more ways for her to feel more comfortable in her own skin. ♥ reply

I am sort of in the same situation with one of my very close friends. You look at her and you really think she has it all, she's tall, thin, gorgeous, she has an amazing personality, so many people surrounding her and she's hilarious! Yet..she can't see any of that she looks in the mirror and sees someone she hates. What I did, was I had an idea of a movie night with ALL fun healthy foods instead of candy and all that crap. She LOVED the idea because she didn't feel guilty eating it. Also, make sure she's telling someone like her parents/guardian about this, or just someone older. If she refuses and it seems like it isn't getting better, then it's time for you to step in and get her help. I hope this advice works and I'm so sorry it's ridiculiusly long! reply

Wow... this must be so awful for u... i no pple saying that must make it worse so I wont talk about that n e more. I loooove ur profile picture and the picture below it. And I love ur quotes bcuz theyr all so clever and thoughtful. U seem like a really great person. I'm sure you'll b ok, bcuz u seem really strong. WOW. i don't know if you will read this because it might be old. But i have to say, i don't know how you feel exactly,
or what you have to go through. But i can tell you that you have went through a lot of things already. Dispite how old you are or what you say; you don't deserve this. You deserve none of it. And i know that the people of witty can not heal everything no matter what we say. But i want you to say this 4 times to your self each morning."I am beautiful and can do anything no matter what." How ever you want 2 times in the morning 2 times in the night or 4x b4 u sleep. but i want you to say it aloud no matter what your parents or friends think. If they truely care they wouldnt look at you weird or say ohhkayy? they would look at you and smile. i thought i went through a lot, but you have shown me that i have nothing to be sad about. Just because you have this beautiful addition to you, doesnt mean your any less important. and i know you are probably thinking sure. w.e but i want you to know that you are. whether you believe it or not. thankyou. reply

I remember in school, whenever we had to run the mile or do the push up test, everyone would complain. I did too, but now I see how wrong I was. I shouldn't have complained. At least I could so everything that was asked of me. You are really inspiring. I know if I wasin your situation I would be really pessimistic about all of it. You are so amazing. People really look up to you. I can tell by all of the quote comments. You'll get through this, I pinky promise. If you ever need to talk to anyone if you're going through a hard time, I'll be here for you. I promise I will always try to think of how well off I am before I complain about something. Thank you for helping me realize this. reply
