i am so happy for you that ur gettin motivated and healthy but be careful. dont over do it. and remember its good to be healthy and comfortable with yourself but you should be happpy for who you are and you i am sure are beautiful the way you are:))))) reply

Eat heather and jog or something. Don't do a million push ups and crunches. That will just turn the fat into muscle. reply

This is amazing.I am so glad you want motivation just remember to stop when your pushing yourself too hard and remember to sretch or you can pull something! Eat right and stay strong, get involved in a summer sport.You'll be droppin' LBS in no time! Also remember that you are gorgeous in every way anyway.Never let anyone tell you otherwise about your looks, whats on the inside counts. reply
