I hang with the popular crowd;
but I am also my grade's biggest band geek.
I wear Hollister, A & F, and American Eagle,
but I can also be seen wearing Pacsun and Delias.
I own a coach purse and one of the only girls in my school who own one;
but I also carry the one I bought at Old Navy.
I am in every musical group my school offers;
but I play tennis and soccer as well.
I never walk to class alone;
but whenever I see someone alone, I walk with them.
I was the star of my school's musical;
but I'm not the school's soccer star.
Popular people aren't perfect.
We don't always wear clothes from the 'popular' stores.
We aren't always the pro athlete, either.
I have the best friends in the world
(who just happen to be very popular).
So watch it before
you call popular people fake.
I'm as real as any other person here.
