oh my god.. okay if you starve yourself you wont be 'pretty'. you become pale, your skin becomes translucent making it appear like you have spider vains, your hair falls out, you are weak, tired, hungry, cranky, upset meaning your social life goes down that toilet. you can become depressed, cause perminate damage. the weight comes back once you start eating. your life becomes revolved around food its your thought every second of everyday. you avoid social situations, lose friends, grades drop, people think you are 'weird'. youre cold all the time so you grow hair all over your body. HOWEVER if you eat healthy, and exercise you become happier, gain muscle, lose fat, are never hungary. become more social, grades can improve, and you get to prove everyone wrong. people will be JEALOUS of you instead of feeling bad for you. you can be better at sports. social life rises. you look healther, feel healthier are healthier. and best of all your apperence improves. shinier hair, better skin, toned butt, flat abs, keep your boobs!! you can lift more, run farther, be the star of your gym class. look forward to bikini season (to show off your abs!). also excerise realises endorphines (the same thing that is realised when you cut) so you are happier. how do i know? i have tried both. :) i have been eating healthier and working out for less than a month and i have gotten soooo much happier and i have lost weight and toned my muscles!

okay i'm not trying to be a hater or anything but the person that did that probably thinks you are rude as well. i'm not saying what she did was okay i'm just saying this quote made it seem as though you did absolutely nothing to that girl. obviously she had a reason to post something like that on your profile otherwise she wouldnt have.. in my opinion posting a quote like this isnt making your situation any better.
