Hmm, well. You have to be creative and original for starters (not saying you aren't of course.) Why make a quote that people have already done like a thousand times? Thats why I love doing funny quotes, people don't think about it. Most people on Witty spill their heart, I spill what makes me laugh. (: As for colors, I use my aim buddy profile and fade the colors on there, it's a lot more user friendly on there than on Witty.
