-People trying to get free out of them
-People shoving their arms up their and cutting themselves up, causing them to bleed to death OR if they can't get their arm out and they try to jerk it out, it can cause the machine to topple down on them.
-People getting stuff stuck in there and shaking it like deranged morons.
-Kicking or punching the glass, causing you hand or foot to go through it, causing you to bleed to death.
So yeah, plenty of ways i guess o.O reply
