its okay to cheat sometimes, i do it all the time! hahaha you're a young girl, you can cheat occasionally it wont ruin anything :) reply

thats good healthy food to eat! :) and its not that you're feeling fat, your body is taking in the healthy food and you've been working out. when food digests, you get like a "food baby" thats what i call it.. you're perfectly fine :) reply
