you would want to protect them from knowing about it, you wouldn't want them to go through what you did.

look in the mirror.
you are perfect.
tell yourself: I am perfect the way I am. I don't need to starve myself. I don't need to scar my beautiful skin. my flaws are what makes me beautiful.
then put the knife away.
trust me, you are so beautiful. and so perfect.
then I want you to promise yourself not to scar your skin. better yet, write names of loved ones on your arm or leg or wherever you cut.
by cutting there, you will be harming them.
I also want you to eat something. anything.
eat an apple.
or carrots. be yourself, love, everyone else is already taken.
