Thats scary. Just make sure you tell him what he is doing is bad. It might be scary for you to say that to his face, but it needs to happen. If it gets worse, or he shows up, (which I doubt) call the police and tell your parents, counseler, or anyone you trust.

tell him straight out you've moved on and he needs to too because you are definitely not changing your mind. I kinda had the same situation and he understands now that I'm just not going to feel the same. I hope it all works out!! (: reply
