As for the jokes, sarcastic laughs and "I'm over it" usually word for me, especially if you deliver both of those with a dead pan.
As for your friend, how fickle! I would say confront him (if you can), if you still want to even be his friend. There are always more people you can befriend, though, I'm sure. Even if they're nerds or something.
I'm sure the hospital visit will go over alright. I know it's easier said than done, but try to keep your mind off of it until then.

DONT TURN IT ON. I did that once, and I ook it out as fast as I could, ad wrapped it in a towel because I didn't have rice. then I blew in the place where you plug it in, and then turned it on an hour later. its fine now. reply

It's simple ... all your world starts rotating around hers ... you try to plan your actions considering hers ... you wake up every morning and every sun ray that comes through the courtains make you think of her ... and you go to bed every night still thinking about her, and you begin to sigh in front of the stars because their light reminds you of her beautiful smile ... + every time you see her in a picture you just wanna hug her and kiss her like it will be forever ... personal experience. reply
