Hahaha, by sports she means contact sports. Football, hockey, basketball, cheerleading. For all of you who say cheerleading isn't a sport the IOC recognized it to be in the 2016 olympics.

um, middle and highschoolers compete moron, you start when you leave elementary, and there's a competeitive league for all ages outside of school, a four year old can do it, but so can a 24 year old.

im a cheerleader myself...i do agree t is dangerous..from fliping constantly up to like 15 feet in the air..fliping..i broke my arm and foot from cheering once...and yes it is a sport..it involves everything a sport needs... reply

i agree cheeringleading is a sport, but are you sure about the most dangerous bit? horseriding. big wave surfing. motorcross. cave diving. just saying. reply
