Forever Young
Chapter Twenty Five
After about two hours, the four of us were done getting ready and there was a knock at the door.
“What do you want!” I whined, dragging my feet as I went over to the door.
“It’s us,” Harry’s voice rang out and I laughed.
“Oh, still,” I said and he stuck his tongue out at me.
“Don’t be mean to Harry,” Kyra said and I laughed.
“You’re only saying that because you got dibs,” I said and she gasped.
“Dude!” she said and Harry and I laughed.
“Come on, it’s not like he doesn’t know,” I said and Kyra shrugged.
By the time we had to leave, we were ten minutes late, tired, hungry, and didn’t really want to move.
“Why do I have to get up?” I asked Niall, who was struggling to get me to move.
“Because if you don’t, everything you worked for will go down the drain and you’ll never get to see me in person again,” he said.
“You don’t have to be that harsh,” I said, standing up and he chuckled.
“You don’t have to be lazy,” he responded and I spun around, putting one hand on my hip.
“Boy, lazy is in my genes,” I said sassily and he laughed.
“Of course it is,” he chuckled and I shrugged.
“Now,” he started, “we need to figure out what we’re gonna do about the whole fans thing. Like, do you want to tell people or do you want to keep it to ourselves for a while?”
“I’d rather deny relationship rumors for a while,” I responded. “Just cos I want to focus on bringing people a good show, not all the drama.”
“Good girl,” Niall said, patting my head and I laughed.
“Alright are we ready?” Liam asked, Hunter by his side.
“Yeah!” I shouted, a bit louder than everyone else.
Okay, a lot louder…
“Alright, let’s go to the airport!” Hunter said and we all walked out the door.
Well, cramming ten people into Harry’s car was rather… interesting. Let’s just say the guys and girls took advantage of the fact that Niall and I are technically the only two together.
“And to think you to hated each other like two days ago,” Avery said, rolling her eyes and we laughed.
“Don’t mention it,” Niall said and I laughed.
“Aw,” I chuckled. “Does wittle Niall not like talking about all the times I one-upped him?”
“Shut up,” he whined, leaning down to kiss me.
“Guys, get a room,” Harry whined.
“We’re in a car, Harold,” I responded, pulling away from Niall. “Where would you like me to go?”
“The trunk,” he said and we all laughed.
“No es esta la manera de hablar con su amigo novia. Vayan a morir,” Niall said and I laughed.
“Niall,” I chuckled, “there is no need to yell at your friend in Spanish.”
“He can’t understand what I’m saying,” Niall said. “It entertains me.”
“Well every girl in this car can,” I responded as the other four girls laughed quietly.
“Así, las niñas, asegúrese de que su amigo aquí sabe que creo que es un poco cutie y ella tiene que detener pronto, así que puede centrarse en otras cosas,” he responded and the girls whined.
“Now I wish I didn’t understand him,” Sophie sighed and I laughed, kissing the Irish boy on the cheek as the car came to a stop.
“Why are we stopping?” Kyra whined. “I’m tired and hungry there is no time for stopping!”
“It’s called, we’re at the airport,” Louis said from the driver’s seat.
“Yay!” we all cheered. “No more crowded car!”
“I call sitting next to Niall on the plane!” I said and Liam shook his head.
“I’m gonna sit next to Niall on the plane,” he said.
“No, Liam,” Niall responded, “you’re gonna sit next to Hunter on the plane.”
“I wanna sit next to Hunter,” Avery said.
“You’re sitting next to me,” Zayn responded.
“Before anyone bids on Harry, he’s mine!” Kyra shouted and we laughed.
“I guess that means I’m stuck with you,” Sophie said to Louis.
“And you know you’re happy about that,” Louis responded.
“Dear Jeezzums, my head hurts,” I said, rubbing my forehead and everyone laughed.
“Let’s go,” Louis said, getting out of the car and we all followed him.
