You could probably ask a friend if you could get on their FB but since your sisters friendsnwithnhis brother she may be friends with him also on FB reply

He'll probably remember you if he kissed you! Sure some guys will act like they forget girls easily but trust me they don't. If it was a dare, then it was worth a try and hey he must've thought something of you or he wouldn't have done if. You're over thinking this! You won't come off as clingy for just trying to come in contact with him again. Trust me it's much much easier to look back and say oh well instead of what if. reply
