Buy something that you think he will like and you will like so if he gives you a gift just give him the one you got and if he doesn't get you a present keep the gift reply

Listen sunshine (its what i call everyone) you cant help who you like just tell your bestfriend that you like him and see what happens it cant be that bad. this has happened to me so many times and it always turns out ok :) just keep your chin up and hope for the best <33 reply

i think it should be fourteen. i had a boyfriend when i was 12. big mistake because we knew nothing. it lasted for like two weeeks, it ended in me thinking i was so heart broken, and a little kid doesnt need that. then two years later when i was fourteen i got my second boyfriend, and it ended up being way better, less awkward just overall better.! reply

well, im 15 and my mom said i can have a bf till 16. but ive had 3 already, i think its best for u to tell her that u think u r mature enough to handle a relationship, and that she can trust u to make good decisions, own up to them. reply

I'm fourteen and I've only had one bf and it didn't last long. I honestly think dating in middle school is a waste of time and more then half of the relationships don't last more then a month. My brother got his first girlfriend around ninth grade and it lasted until his senior year. I seriously think kids now need to stop trying to grow up too fast. I know so many people in my grade that have already had and they're only 13-14, which I think is disgusting and way too rushed. I think your mom is just trying to save you from more drama and to help you realize you might be growing up too fast.(: Hope this helped. -Alyssa reply
