wow my best friend and i were talking about something like this yesterday and i'm going to tell you what i told her. Every morning and every night repeat this till you believe it.
"I am perfect just the way I am. I am smart. I am beautiful. I am funny. I am confident. I am loved. I am perfect just the way I am"
hope you find some confidence because its a bad thing to have too much of it but its horrible to not have enough.

my parents know the truth and they know i definatley wont do it again. i found out the hard way that it really doesnt help, but at least i found out. i know its not worth it. its just hard sometime because whenever anyone asks me about my scar, i have to lie. im better now though. much. thanks for the concern(: reply
