Self Harm is no joke.
You always hear how self-harmers are "emo" or an "attention seeker" but self-harm really isnt a joke. It takes a lot to get to the point where mental pain turns into physical pain. When you sit there, and make fun of them, you're just making them pull down their sleeves, put on a pair of pants, and hide their skin even more, you're pushing them deeper and deeper into a hole. And if you dont be careful with what you say, that hole will turn into a grave. -Anonymous.

Hi, everyone.
I know I'm not "Witty Famous"
and no one would probably care, but I just thought I would let everyone know that I won't be on for awhile. I have been dignosed with carcinoid cancer. I've been going to the doctors almost everyday to get tests to see how far along it is, but I'm not sure yet. I wanted to thank the people who inspire others. I never thought that something like this would happen to me, but it has and now I understand how people feel when they have this same expirience.
My doctor had told me that carcinoid is a type of tumor. He said I have it on my lungs. This is the same thing my grandfather died from in 2010. He struggled for 6 years with carcinoma and carcinoid cancer. I'm sorry to you all.

The butterfly project:
The butterfly project was something created to help and encourage self-harmers to stop cutting.
RULES:
1. When you feel like you want to cut, take a marker, pen, or sharpies and draw
a butterfly on your arm or hand.
2. Name the butterfly after a loved one, or someone that really wants you to get better.
3. You must let the butterfly fade naturally. NO scrubbing it off.
4. If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you’ve killed it. If you dont cut, it lives.
5. If you have more than one butterfly, cutting kills all of them.
6. Another person may draw them on you. These butterflies are extra special.
Take good care of them.
7. Even if you don’t cut, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways, to show your support. If you do this, name it after someone you know that cuts or is suffering right now, and tell them. It could help. Try get this to the top
