please, please, please promise me you'll never do that again. promise me. that's the absolute worst thing you could ever do to yourself. and if you only lost that weight from starving yourself, it won't stay off. so just trust me. losing weight the right way will take much longer but will be so much more satisfying in the end. please <3 reply

if your really lazy and you want thinner thighs, you could "starve" yourself. drink only water and tea, and eat veggies and fruit reply

Drink lots of water, eat healthy food, go jogging, and do some sit ups :)
