Hi! I create my layouts, yes. I taught myself coding; the internet is a godsend when it comes to that sort of thing. http://www.w3schools.com/ is a good website to start out with and i've heard good things about http://www.codecademy.com/ as well. And I have actually never heard of that user; I'll have to check them out! And if you need any more help, don't hesitate to ask c; reply
