I've been through this before. You can't be there for her 24/7, its hard, I know. Trust me. But you can't force someone to change for you, it has to come from them. I have a friend who cuts, and she was about to do something that would have hurt so many people. But you can't force your friend not to do those things. Talk to her though. Tell her how you feel, and not only that, but tell it to a teacher. My guidance counselors suck at my school, so I talk to a teacher that is very close to me. You may lose her as a friend, but its better to lose her as a buddy, then completely forever.
