Today I have gone 55 days without cutting.
That is the longest I've ever gone.
I've made it to 54 days twice and I lost it and cut.
But today I've been clean 55 days.
They have been a very hard 55 days.
But somehow I made it.
And I'm really proud of myself.
So if you are struggling with cutting, you can quit.
It will be hard but you can do it.
Believe in yourself :)
