Some of the darkest witches and wizards didnt even attent Hogwarts; Herpo the Foul, Merwyn the Malicious, Yardley Platt, Owle Bullock, Morgan le Fay, Voldemort, and Gellert Griendwald are The most notable dark wizards/ witches and only one was a Slytherin. The most popular producer of dark wizards is actually the Durmstrang Institute, they created most truly dark wizards (not just followers)

Slytherins who oppose use of the Dark Arts and discrimination based on blood purity do exist. Fthere have been Dark wizards from other houses; Peter Pettigrew, who betrayed James and Lily Potter to Voldemort, was a Gryffindor. The truth is that while most Dark wizards are Slytherins, most Slytherins are not Dark, and smaller groups of Voldemort's supporters are aligned with other Houses. During the Battle of Hogwarts, while all of the Slytherin students left the school before the fighting started, several of them did return with the Hogsmeade reinforcements to join the fight against Voldemort and his Death Eaters; although whilst in the Shrieking Shack, Voldemort commented that many had come to join his forces.

Yeah Slytherin has produced its fair share of dark wizards, so have the other houses... they just dont want to admit it. and to say "most wizards there became very bad very dark wizards" is completely false, take Pansy for example shes not a very bad very dark wizard shes just a dumb little who will take any cation to achieve her personal success and if wanting success makes one a very bad very dark wizard than Ravenclaws and Griffendoors would be that way too.
