Walking or swimming, both is good, but don´t do to much or else you´ll have big musicly legs and that is not good and if you stopp they will get all floppy asnd stuff

swimming helps alot, trust me, i did the same thing cause i had gained some weight and swiming is the best way to go. it really makes then thiner. try it!
