Some people fight battles you know nothing about
Some people have a war going on inside their head every day
Some people have a voice inside them constantly telling them they are not good enough, no matter how many compliments they hear
Some people stay silent and seem fine, but the turmoil going on inside them every day, is not silent at all
    Its deafening

    Chapter 2
There was an old shack that I had found.
    It was surprisingly clean,
there were a few blankets, flashlight, and comics stacked up in the corner.
I decided that this was my new place,
except it wasn't somebody else had already claimed it.
    Who might that be?
    You guessed it, Todd.
He found me in his shack a few hours later and yelled at me.
He yelled so much I cried.
I think it was one of those moments were you feel bad for someone and then accidently they take your pity as friendship,
    or something. I'm not sure.
But with his pity came... acceptance.
He let me stay in the shack with him,
    even when I annoyed him.
When our parents made us have play dates,
    we still infuriated each other.
But every evening at 6:04, we both wandered out to the shack together to read comics in silence.
It was a silent routine, something we'd both grown accustomed to.
    Fast forward six years,
    I'm fourteen and he's sixteen.
Obviously he doesn't want to be seen with me.
He's a junior and I'm a freshman in high school.
    He's changed.
He's certainly not scared of girls anymore,
although he doesn't have constant conquests.
Todd changed in a different way anybody thought.
Long forgone was an innocent ten year old boy,
now in his place stood a taller, withdrawn boy.
He wasn't withdrawn in the way people people disreguarded him.
He was withdrawn in a way that intrigued people,
    mostly girls,
and people liked him for that.
He, however, tried to refrain from having to do with anyone at our high school.
Well, except for ( on the rare occasion) me, of course.
So I was fourteen and a boy asked me to prom.
    A
    senior
    boy.
And I knew he didn't have a good reputation
but I was below average and he was so highly liked in our school
that I let that slip my mind.
And when Todd found out that he asked me, he sought me out.
    At school.
It was during lunch and I was sitting with the senior who had asked me out.
I felt awkward and out of place,
but he made me feel special, keeping his arm around me.
Seven minutes later and I was yanked away from him,
    being pulled out the cafeteria.
" What the f*ck you doing?!"
I looked at him for a second. Or a minute, I wasn't sure how much time had passed.
I felt like a little kid who got caught by her parent.

Sorry about this kinda late post ( Two days...late)
I tried to post this 4 times but something went wrong everytime so if its boring or mistakes its because I gave up.
    Next part is going to get sorta interesting with Todd and Kat (;
** They don't stay young for very long**
All I'm saying about the next chapter is
    "Red Knuckles".
    So anyway I was wondering should I have a planned out day for posting or should I be spontaneous? (;
Comment your best times for posting!!
I'm thinking about starting a new one as well which isn't so cliche and more mature.
BUT, I will carry on with this one on top.

    Chapter 1
When I was eight years old, I met a boy named Todd.
Now at this point, you're either thinking one of two things; who names their kid Todd?
Or, is this going to be one of those dumb stories about a boy and a girl?
Well, to answer both of your questions, I don't know.
Unlike other stories, mine is still being written.
The whole point of ending a story is having a deciding ending, and nothing in life is decided except for death,
so maybe that'll be where my story ends.
But where will our story end?
    I don't know.
Honestly. I'd like to say it'll go on for forever and ever, and maybe it will,
    but nobody can say that.
However, I can tell you where our story started.
So, like I was saying, when I was eight years old, I met a boy named Todd.
    He was... interesting.
Like every other ten year old boy, he thought that girls were disgusting and that eight year olds were annoying.
He also thought that the moon was made up of cheese,
but we don't have to talk about that part.
Todd was one of those kids who had this entire planet in his head that revolved around him
    but didn't include him.
He was always stuck in this blurr of a life that absolutely refused to let him catch up.
    Todd was my neighbour.
I'd just moved in from Florida, and our parents made us meet each other.
Of course, he didn't like me, because I was a girl, and I was younger than him- I was outside his comfort zone.
So our parents made us meet and we hated hated each other and then we went home.
Except that, that night I went exploring in the woods behind my house
which also happened to be behind his house too.

Ooooo whos excited??!! Guess I am writing a book, I hope you guys enjoy it. Favourite and comment for more chapters!!
