im not anorexic anymore, i havent been for months like i said.
and i know it sounds like i am depressed but im not. sometimes i just get so mad and i just scratch myself but i go right back to normal ( : reply

hi im chanel, but most people call me nelly
i stumbled onto your page and your an inspiration to me and to a lot of people. anorexia runs in my family, my mom, my aunts. ive thought about turning anorexic, i have for a week or two. but i would only eat one meal a day or something so it wasnt that bad. i have thought about self harm, a lot actually. but thats not too severe either. i usually just scratch myself, mostly because i have so much pain inside because of HIM, i have to feel it on the outside to. i dont seem self conscious but i am. i think im fat and ugly but i never show it. some nights i just cry myself to sleep because im so sad. im NOT depressed im actually probably one of the happiest people in my school. no one would ever expect this cause i never show my emotions at school. sorry im venting to you < 3 but anyways your gorgeous, believe me < 3i hope you get better and i wish you the best < 3
