Hi there! I totally get where you're coming from with this quote, but this doesn't apply to a lot of people. For many, it's not just "Puberty and hormones." I'm one of the teenagers on medication for depression. I'm on it for a reason. There are days when I am sad, and yeah- then it's just a bad day. But most days I wake up wnting a gun to blow my brains out. Most days I cry myself to sleep until I can't feel anymore. Most days I wish for that blade I had back before i was pt in the mental hosital. I know that some teenagers are over reacting and it is hormonal. But a lot of people have a chemical imbalance in their brains causing them to be depressed like me. That's what the medication is for. I was diagnosed in the 5th grade. I was put on medication in the 11th grade only when it got way out of hand and I almost died from a suicide attempt. I'm not trying to make you pity me or anything. I just want you to think what you're writing before you ut it down. This post really affected me. It brought me back to the darkness I've known all too well. I want you to realize that what you say does affect other people. You migt not understand how they feel, but trust me- this is not the life I've chosen, and it's not just a " bad day" for me.

I only have one comment on what you said directly. I don't care if my posts affect people positively or negatively in the slightest bit. It's just a short paragraph, on a small website that has little to no popularity... if something so insignificant really can change someone's day, I say that person is the manifestation of over-sensitivity.

I'm Catholic and we don't hate gays. I'm actually Bi-sexual. We believe that God loves everyone. My generation of Catholics finds nothing wrong about it, it's the elders that do. Please don't go spouting out things you don't know. Being Gay isn't a choice after all.

I didn't say that they all did, I said MOST, and most that I have come into contact do. Also, Catholic is not the only branch of Christianity and it has many differences between it and most other (ex: Baptist, which I was raised as but don't follow) and one of the reasons I stopped going to church was the gay-hate.

yeah.... that's really awk because a haiku consists of three lines:
the first line: has five syllables
the second line: has seven syllables
the third line: has five syllables.
here is an example of a haiku:
A haiku consists
of three lines and syllables
of five seven five.
It was still a good poem though :) I also want to be an English teacher.
