Listen, I don't like their music but...
Miley Cyrus: She got her hair basically chopped off for a little girl with cancer.
Justin Beiber: Worked his butt off to make it where he is today, ignores everyone who hates him.
One Direction: Also worked really hard to make it to where they are and love their fans.
Demi Lovato: (I like her music), she was bullied all through school and now works to help stop bullying.
