I imagined my mind knowing better felt
my viscera quiver. the birds get startled
into flight though always round-trip.
it’s good to be home alone not that you would
if I had anything to do about it but
we make do. life sucks
its thumb. you’re right where
you’re meant to be. who’s to say blankets
aren’t party dresses or that eyes
can only wet in one way.
gloveless in this eventide chill.
luckily we aren’t parting thickets
for interstices for clarity.
I empathise with the trees that bend
out of light’s way at least till rough
limbs creep up gently
against glass they refuse to crack.
dirty bedroom window remains so. it treasures
the head that rested on it oil and all pondering
the ease with which we dance around naked intention.
show me it’s possible to live and for quite a while
without flowering a new wound.
how lovely we are in our natural state.
taste of raw tongue on my tongue waves
fragile at our feet. we stay dipped long enough for
our digits to grow old shrivel without
fear. something once felt too cruel to endure.
I would not have chosen to float
if given the option. but now i’ll swim.

Alright so it has come to the user Leo and I's attention that witty wasn't what it was when some of us were on here. So how about we invite people to this website to get the party going again? 1 whole year on Witty
No, I didn't write a long paragraph like most Wittians
Honestly, I never thought it'd come by so fast.
But wow. It's only been a year, but Witty has helped alot. I got to stop my friend from cutting and I started to respect myself, something I thought would never happen. Because of that, I'm grateful to every Wittian, since they're all amazing.
Thank my followers for staying with me for a whole year, since I made my
account on Witty Profiles. Oh, and my little Witty Family, (Plu-Plu, Raito, Grace, Matt, Mello, Len, and Misa-chii) I love you all~<3

Don't try that with me. Don't ask me to open up, lay every inch of my being fanned out on the table, like I'm a pack of cards that you're about to deal, play, throw away. Don't ask me for salvation in the form of secrets, when the only confessions you confide are the ones that choke you first. Don't expect me to bake you a cake when you only ever bring rotten eggs, and plates full of pretense. Please don't push me down just so you can help me up, and imitate the life of the well-meaning. I've seen enough to know that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. We have favorite colors,
and each of us prefer that color for different reasons. This applies to people too, maybe you're
a shade of purple, but maybe I like blue. But maybe the orange colored boy is head over heels
for you. And maybe you can't see it because you are too focused on the othe sections of the
color spectrum. So maybe you should remeber that someone, somewhere is going to love
purple more than red, or orange, or yellow, or green, or blue, or pink, or any other color.
Someone loves purple just like someone loves you. I've been on this earth for a decade and
seven years, but I am aware that so far, I am a color that paints the background. I am there,
but not many people see. However, it's worth the wait, for the people that do see me are the
ones that have seen all the other beautiful colors and have singled me out despite my ordinary
shades. So don't worry, someone thinks you're the prettiest color in the rainbow. I promise.
