People really like pretty words
so much that sometimes they completely forget about the actual person
who wrote the pretty words in the first place

I wonder if people actually care about or wonder about the actual people who actually write really pretty poems or pieces of writing...
I mean, if you find a really nice quote or poem, do you just read it really quickly and instantly like it and not even care about where it came from, who created it, the actual point of it?
Or do you actually read it and think, I wonder who wrote this, because it is really beautiful, they deserve recognition for it
because lets face
not everyone can actually write
and put their thoughts out there and make it inspiring
copying words you see
does not make you a writer
reading something and thinking, oh pretty, without understanding the real meaning of it, is annoying
I feel like some people read my poetry and just do not understand it at all
and that is the truth

Once I posted one of my poems online
And the amount of likes on it was insane
The amount of times people reused it was crazy
I mean it is flattering when people like my poems, but still...
I do not post my poetry anymore
Which is sad
I feel like I really cannot share it without it being copied
If you cannot write, that is too bad
Not everyone can
That is perfectly fine
But what is not fine is copying someone else
The words, and the overall meaning still belong to the original writer
Just because you reuse them does not mean you can write beautifully
It means you copied some really beautiful writing
But it does not make you an inspiring or unique person

Writer Problems...
When you spend hours writing something and you put a ton of effort into it and then you go back and read over it and realize that it is absolutely horrible and should never be read again and all of that time was wasted.
