Size is a number. Age is a number. Height is a number. Weight is a number. But you're not a number. You're a collection of memories and stories. You're the yawns and sneezes of your life. You're the sun and moon that change every day. You're not a number on a tag, birthday, ruler or scale. You're you and I love you even if you don't. I guess I'll just love us enough for two. (IO) .
For any girl who thinks she's fat or starves theirself to be good enough: ................................................................... - A thigh gap depends on the width of your hips not an indication of weight. - Ribs or hipbones aren't meant to be seen on someone with a healthy weight. - Collarbones shouldn't be fully visable. - It's normal to have rolls on your stomach, when you sit down or bend over. - It's normal to have a stomach that curves out. - Most girls have stretchmarks, they are not a sign of fat but a sign of growing. - Eating whatever whenever is perfectly fine. - The best way to get a bikini body, is by putting a bikini on your body.

BTFAB #3 Let's talk about weight. So many people are like 'I wanna be skinny for the boy/girl I like' Let me tell you something Most boys would prefer a girl chubby Over a girl super skinny. I'm not saying skinny girls aren't pretty But those girls who weigh more than others They're pretty too. Every girl is pretty. Like no matter what But really, if you have like a model's body, How do you know he loves you How do you know he carreessss Disney moment. Anyway. Yea, don't worry about your weight On the flip side, If your weight is unhealthy Or like you want to lose for yourself, not for others, Then make sure you do it healthily If you eat 1050 - 1200 calories a day And exercise an hour daily You're certain to lose 3-5 pounds the first week. But don't cut it any lower that 1050, that's extremely unhealthy. And with eating that little, don't do hardcore exercise more than an hour a day. Some other tips are: ♦Eat veggies when you want a snack ♦Try to stay away from drinks with lots of sugar ♦Get your parents to hide your sweets, don't be tempted by them. ♦Keep busy, a lot of people eat because they're bored and you don't want to do that ♦Don't skip meals. ♦Don't let counting calories take over your life, it can really ruin you. ♦Try to plan your meals ahead of time. ♦Don't eat quickly ♦Go on a walk before lunch or dinner if you don't have it planned out ♦Eat Chili Peppers and drink Green Tea ♦Get enough sleep ♦Try not to eat in front of a telly, computer, ect.ect ♦Eat an apple before every meal, you'll feel fuller ♦Don't peal the apple, the skin actually helps you lose weight ♦Donate clothes that don't fit you, it's a nice incentive ♦Take breaks while you're eating and evaluate how hungry you are before going back to eating if necessary.
10 years old fatty meal and chubby thighs runway models with bones well defined Saying no to a burger and chips after all A moment on the lips, a life time on the hips. 12 years old balanced meals and pinching thighs brain washed friends with pro ana and wanting to hurl after all Boys don't like fat girls. 14 years old skipping meals thinner thighs five miles run for one cube of cheese counting calories, not wanting meals after all nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. 16 years old no meals and gap in thighs arms like matchsticks, poking out ribs size two dress and body so mini after all everything looks good on skinny. (EJ.)
Because I'm skinny, people automatically think I'm healthy. I'm not. I have an overactive metabolism. Among many other symptoms, I have unexplained weight loss. I'm only 92 pounds and I'm still losing weight, despite what I eat. Don't you dare say I'm lucky, because I'm not. I don't even have enough body fat to keep myself warm in 40 degree weather when it's raining even if I'm wearing two shirts, a sweatshirt, leggings, sweatpants, and have a blanket wrapped around me. So don't assume weight is a sign of health, because that isn't necessarily the case.
You shouldn't judge. Some people can't lose weight. Some people can't gain weight. Society says you should have a perfect body. When in reality there's no perfect body. Perfection doesn't exist. People should stop looking for it. I hate seeing girls hating how they look, based on the opinions of others. STOP! You're beautiful. You only have one body. You're going to have it until the day you die. Instead of finding negatives find the positives. When someone compliments you, thank them. Stop trying to please others. Please yourself. Be happy with yourself. When you die, People aren't going to remember you as “the fat one” or “she was so skinny” They will remember you by the friendships You made and the things you acheived. You are so beautiful. Always remember that.
When did our worth start being defined by a grade, by the number on scale? When did a passing grade become more important than the state of our mental health? When did we start hating getting up in the morning? Where did our love for learning go, it seems that the people in charge killed it long ago. All that matters is if the scales are low, and the grades are high; then the people in your life can feel like they did something right. Your parents can think they raised the person society wants; and your teachers think they did their job, because you got an "A" on a paper, or a test. It doesn't matter if you startved yourself, and it doesn't matter if you popped some pills to stay up all night and write that paper, or study for that test. All that matter is the letter in the grade book; all that matters is if they get to go to bed feeling like they did something right. All that matters is if you get a degree, even if that means losing your last degree of sanity. (DS)
