Honestly, Witty really has changed.
Quotes don't get as many favorites as they used to.
There aren't many active users anymore.
But there's something that is still the same.
The people.
A lot of the people that I have met on this website are amazing.
They have a good sense of humor, they're understanding, and polite.
I feel as if we're all a family.
I have made accounts on tons of other websites, but the users on those websites weren't as close to each other as the users on Witty are.
My favorite thing about Witty has/and is always going to be the amazing users on it.

I'm writing this to say thank you for all that you've given me. Thank you for the great summer that has passed, thank you for giving me understanding teachers, thank you for giving me the oppurtunities to make the friends I've made, thank you for leading me to find a beautiful human being whom I care for very dearly, thank you for granting me many artistic oppurtunities, thank you for giving me the courage to not give up this summer and even tonight and even on the first week of school, thank you for the help you've given me, even though i don't always write to you or talk to you every day. You still listen to me out of all people that deserve your guidance. Just thank you. I know I still have a lot to work on and i still get depressed and down because of the bullies and my parents. I still get stressed to the max and I struggle pathetically during chorus and men's choir because i physically can't hit low keys no matter how hard i try. Haha i feel like my voice'll be gone by the end of this week by how much i strain it. But hey, you've given me so much comfort, now you are giving me challenges. And i have faith that you would never give me too much i can't handle. I trust that I will overcome my struggles oneday; hopefully soon. I'd like to once again say thank you for granting me this day. I was cheesing out the whole day even though i went through some cringey bully moments. Overall today was a great day and I can't wait for tomorrow. Hopefully that interview with the news people will go well tomorrow. I can't wait for medical emergencies either, oh my god hahaha. I trust that this will be my best year yet. thank you for being there for me through all of this pain. from the bullies to the so called "friends"to the boy i've been crazy for for 2 years and can't stop making quotes about. there's been times where i just wanted to leave because i didn't think this was the right place for me. but i kept coming back, because this was the only place where i felt like i could say how i truly feel and the only place i felt like i could find real friends. on my witty anniversary of 3 years, with 800 followers, 940 quotes, and 75 layouts later, i can truly say that this website feels like home. by looking back at my old quotes i can say that i've grown from being a shy, anxious 8th grader to a slightly less anxious (lol), more confident, 11th grader. so this is a big thank you to steve for creating this site, and any other person who helped me keep going when all i wanted to do was to give up. you're all amazing♥

So I was having a rough day and I posted a tweet about my day being ruined, and a kid from my school that i've never seen or talked to DM'd me and said "hey, I don't know you but I just wanted to say, whoever ruined your day, don't let them. You're awesome." It may not seem like a lot, but one simple message can make a person's day. This showed me that there are still some pretty amazing people in the world

I've spent the last few days looking over some of your quotes. I realised how truly amazing you guys are. I mean seriously, some of you are amazing writers. I did say I was leaving, and that's true. So I wanted to give a proper goodbye.

Wow. I just came back onto this site after so many years looking for some old conversations and wow. I just can't even describe how thankful I am for all those who put some form of effort into me. I'm not sure how many of these people will see it but thank you guys so much. As an update I guess, I'm doing much much better and I am at total peace with who I am as a person and how I look and its lovely to accept myself. I'm just really grateful for the wonderful people I found on here even though I've lost touch with many of these people. Thank you guys, so so so much.

I don't believe in God but when something really bad happens to me and people say they'll pray for me, I say thank you because it doesn't matter what religion you have or don't have if somebody says something like that it's to be nice and they're trying to help, so don't be an a$$hole and tell them it's not what you believe, just say thank you.

This is my 300th quote.
I've been on Witty for a little over 2 years now.
I've been through a lot:
Puberty, bullying, peer-pressure, low grades, parent issues, trauma of death, suckish friendships, and the latest: depression.
Every time, I would record my feelings on Witty as if it was my diary.
And I've always gotten support from tons of awesome people.
I've made so many amazing friends on this site: Some are still here, some have left, and sadly, some are dead.
I'll never forget any of them, because they all still mean so much to me.
