⇒ How to get through your every day life, lesson #1: Rise and shine!
Step 1: If you wake up after a normal dose of sleep (6 to 8 hours) and you still feel tired, make sure to air your bedroom for at least 10 minutes before you go to sleep or, if possible, put your bed next to the window and keep the window open a little bit throughout the whole night. A lot of tiredness in the morning is caused simply by the air in the room you sleep in containing too much CO2. Better air = better sleep = less tired in the morning. :)
Step 2: *riiing*
~snooze~
*rrriiiinnnng*
~snooze~
*riiiinnnng*
"Oh crap, I'M LATE!"
If you know how this feels like, you'll be surprised how simple the solution for this problem is. Put your alarm clock away from your bed and put it to max volume. By doing so, you will be forced to get out of bed and walk a few steps in order put the alarm out. Since barely anybody can ignore alarm clocks and fall back asleep, you will find it impossible to ignore the loud noise. You will get up, maybe hit the snooze button and crawl back into bed. After 5 or 10 minutes, the alarm will go off again and you will have to get up again to put it out. Trust me, after 2 repeats of this procedure, you won't be able to fall back asleep.
Step 3: People say a breakfast full of vitamins is the best way to start your day. Forget about those geniuses, who obviously have no idea about how the human digestion works depending on what time of day it is. Know your own body and use logic: Vitamins do not deliver any energy. Vitamins are substances your body needs to control and support a lot of its functions. In the morning, when your body barely started to work, it's useless to focus on eating vitamins. You will not be awake and ready to start the day after eating an apple. So what do you eat for breakfast? Carbohydrates. Or sugary stuff, to put it in simpler terms. Cause carbs give your body energy and that's what you need first thing in the morning. Bread, cereal, jam, milk, peanut butter, bananas etc. All those things contain enough sweet energy to help your system start up and get ready. A slice of bread with some jam, a banana and a glass of milk. Doesn't sound too shabby, wouldn't you agree? ;)
