Does anyone else ever get really stressed over assignments and know that you should be doing them but you feel like you physically can't stop procrastinating and that just stresses you out even more or is that just me
Me: *Sitting in front of the computer* Mum: Go fold the clothes. Me: Okay. Me: In a second. Me: Alright don't rush me. Me: Okay, okay, no need to tell me twice. Me: FINE!!! Okay..?! Me: WHATEVER, ALRIGHT..?! Me: OKAY!!!!!!!!! Urgh..geez. Mum: Me: Mum: Me: Mum: Me: Wait..what did she say..? ._____.
Me: *presses 'play' on Mario Kart* Me: Maybe I'll run and quickly get a tissue before I play. I have runny nose. Me: *gets tissue* Me: *makes lemonade* Me: *makes sandwich* Me: *checks witty* Me: *listens to pandora* Me: *studies for finals* Me: *goes back to living room* Wii: YOU LOSE Me: But I only got a tissue...
So... I just spent the last two and a half hours counting all of the characters in the document that my story is on. You know, in case the character count was wrong. The things I do while procrastinating so I don't have to actually write. (In case you are wondering, the character count was right, there really are 338,680 characters)
Procrastion: Teaching Tomorrow's Leaders. Tomorrow. Or maybe the next day. (nmq) As I'm procrastinating typing a paper due Thursday about World War Two that counts as my final test for Composition. Comment with what you're procrastinating!
Me: *Thinking* I'm gonna be a great daughter today. I'll clean my room, sweep the floor, mow the lawn, wash the cars, clean the windows, do the laundry, scrub the floors... *Plans elaborate ways to clean the house.* *Gets home, sits on couch, picks up laptop.* Me: "Eh, maybe another day."
