Here's to the kids that wish they never made the first cut. I'm so sorry. Because I know what it is. Cutting..... Its an addiction. Its a disease, a distraction, a last resort. Once you start its a battle with yourself to stop. You'll do anything to see that blood, feel that burn. It will be all you can think about but then after you regret the cut, but you always seem to do it again because even though you regret it after you crave it before, and once the cuts start to heal you'll go just a little deeper with that cold metal, you want to forget the pain a little longer. I'm sorry that you'll now have to lie almost ever day about why you wear long sleeves And don't go swimming, I'm sorry you have to fake that smile every single day and that you have to say your okay when all you really want to do is scream for help. I'm sorry your in a war with yourself. I'm sorry because I've been there and I know what your going to go through. I've been there. Its not easy. But always remember I'm here, whether I know you or you live 10000 miles away, I will be there. You are not alone. Remember that when that blade is whispering your name I'm screaming at the top of my lungs for you to put it down. Don't make that first cut, and if you have take a moment. Remember you were put on this earth for a reason. You are meant for greatness, you can get through this look at what you've managed to get through already. And to those of you thinking cutting is stupid or not serious, it is serious whether its just little scratches that barley bring blood or gashing cuts all over that persons body its serious. Its not stupid, what's stupid is that people like you push people to the point where they feel there's no way out. I'm not trying to sound like I know everything but Ive been there and I want you to know that I'm here. No matter what time of night or day put down the blade and talk. Everything will be okay. Live your life that your blessed to have.

No I'm not the best friend, I mean, yea I'm heavy footed, and I'm obnoxious when I talk. Yea my since of humor is kinda dark. Yea I have my problems, and I often fall apart. Yea I get really angry, and I yell at the people who care. Yea I cry at night when I lay alone in bed. Yea some times I hear whispers in the night but I know its in my head. To be honest I wanna kill myself I run to e bathroom to grab the blades and right before I cut as deep as I can to be in more pain or better to die I think about the happy thoughts I think about the time kissing in the rain , I think about watching chrismas movies with my family and drinking hot chocolate I think about those night swims, I think about those people I think about those kisses, I think about that music, I think about the places I haven't seen i think about alot , I put the blade down and feel much happier but I'm still depressed and the cycle happenes again.

It's strange how much it affects me when I see that people on the Internet who I never talked to in my life cut. Like I never felt so terrible for someone. I wish I could make you guys stop cutting, but I know I really can't change anything for any of you no matter how much I try. I wish I could just say "stay string" and you'll stop, but I know it won't do anything.
