you know what guys, I've always been an
extremely open-minded person (especially
given the close-minded f.uckery I was raised in.)
however, it took me a long time to realise that
not all feminists were the way that I had seen
them portrayed. but, I did realize eventually. I
was going to make this quote before, but put
it off (I'm lazy.) anyway, since it took me a long
a.ss time to realize, there's probably quotes I
made involving feminism, that are very ignorant,
from awhile ago. I could probably search for
them and delete them (lol still lazy tho), but
considering someone just commented on
one calling me ignorant, that'd probably just
come off shady (or maybe that's just me?)
so this just seemed like a better idea.
now, lemme just say, if you see a quote you
don't agree with: a) check the date it was added,
okay? b) don't come off as a d.ick. personally one
thing that hasn't changed about me is I will get really
defensive and be rude back to commenters that
are coming off as a d.ick. If the quote is 5 months
shy of being 2 years old, and you still feel the need
to comment, either be f.ucking nicer about it, or
ask if the person who posted said quote still feels
that way, and then reply according to the answer.
I've changed a lot in a year when it comes to my
opinions. it's kind of normal.
anyway, I'm just adding this because I know I've
posted some stupid s.hit before, and even though
you'd think you'd be allowed a little bit of ignorance
at 16/17, that apparently isn't the case. not everyone
comes out of the v.agina full of knowledge and
awareness about everything.
