They tell me to "move on with your life".~But what am I supposed to do with the life we made that was meant to be ours? ~We combined our lives together, never thought we would need reason to separate.~Except, that was just me.~You always had a backup plan.~I was a distraction.~Or was the act you put on distracting me?~How do I move on with the life that was meant to be ours...~How will I move on with the life I supposedly had, whilst you went behind my back and made a new one?

Last year we were engaged and he spent my birthday with his friends.
This year we're married and he spent it sleeping and didn't do anything. When he woke up it took hime about 4 hours to even say Happy Birthday.
Last year we were engaged and I spent his birthday decorating his desk at work, decorating his room, surprising him with gifts and a movie night date.
This year we're married and I spent it decorating our room, surprising him with gifts, a picnic, playing with puppies, going to the museum like he's always wanted and dinner at his favorite resturaunt.
I'm just done trying. And the funny thing is, I wasn't going to do any of that but for some reason I did. It's because I actually love him. I wish he actually loved me.

We all have our own versions and levels of hell.
Do you want to know what my hell is?
Finding out 4 months into a marriage my husband is still not over his ex. It's having him come home on his lunch hour while I'm laying in pain, that he misses what he had with her. It was a simpler time. That he doesn't know how long our marriage is going to last so he checks up on that one specific ex to see if he would still have a shot.
Hell is loving someone so much, trusting them with your entire life, soul, basically everything you have to offer, just to have them break you in 0.5 seconds.
That is hell.
