   I understand the feel of "im fine" when your not fine your dying inside but you just dont know who to tell.. Well dont worry I'm like that and I always have been. I'm so lucky to have friends who understand that and really save me when I deny I need any help. Tbh. As uncomfortable as it makes you feel, talking about your feelings can be such a relief. Don't bottle it up and wait to explode. It's so mentally unhealthy.
