I inhaled the familiar fragrance of freshly cut grass. The field was empty just as I liked it.
I flung out my arms sighing and twirling as if trying to reach the entire perimeter of the soft green earth.
I marched to my spot shoving on my mitts and clumsily putting my helmet over my Brunette waves. I pulled up my sleeves and scraped my hair into a pony, licking my lips in preparation.
I picked up my bat and got it up right at just the right angle, waiting for the machine to launch a b.all.
It came flying out and I hit it with all my might to see it soar across the field, away, away and -
"Owww!" A voice howled. I squinted in the distance to see a hunched figure, growling in pain.
Why am I so clumsy?
I ran up to the poor boy and crouched beside him.
"Oh my god, are you okay? I didn't mean to hit you! It was an accident! Are you hurt? Should I call an ambulance? Please don't call the cops!" I gabbled clasping my hands together in a pleading motion.
He looked up at me, you could tell he was in pain but he also looked amused.
But oh my god he was gorgeous.
A blush creeped up onto my cheeks when I realized I'd been staring at his mesmerizing green eyes.
"You hit me in the b.alls" He whispered and he sounded so cute I laughed.
"Yeah... sorry about that. I'm Brianna" I extended my hand out and he removed his hand from the affected area and shook it.
"Harry" He replied, his voice all high because of the previous events. He blushed and cleared his throat while I giggled.
I smiled and began to get up, batting any dirt off my pants and reaching out my hand to help him up.
"Your... Ermm b.all" He said awkwardly passing me the round object with a cute blush tinting his cheeks.
"Keep it" I giggled out, putting the b.all back into his hand. His lips curled into a smile as he nodded and pushed the b.all into his jean pocket.
"You're a really good player" He complimented. I grinned at his sweetness. He stepped so we were shoulder to shoulder walking across the green space, slow as snails I might add.
"Thanks, you're a great... target?" He chuckled, an adorable chuckle.
"Thanks? You're really funny Brianna, maybe I could get the chance to make you laugh?" He asked. I smiled and nodded, This guy was unbelievable.
"I'd love that" I told him which earned me a breathtaking smile. He flicked his curly hair to the side and took out his I Phone. He opened his contacts and passed it to me.
I tapped in my number and put the name as 'crazy chick that hit you in the b.alls :p' before passing it back to him. He laughed upon seeing the new contact and put his hands in his pockets, bringing his eyes up to meet mine.
"So, we're walking really slow here and I'm kinda hyper active so I'm just gonna... RUN!" I shouted speeding off in the direction off some trees, I took shelter behind one and peeped out to see his reaction.
His eyes were wide and startled but then he chuckled and ran in the direction I did. I moved a leaf out of the way to have another look but he was nowhere to be seen.
*crunch*
I jumped. "Harry?" I asked in a whisper. No reply.
A finger lightly tapped me in the shoulder and I looked behind me to see a goofy grin held by no other than Harry.
"That was not funny!" I shrieked. He shrugged, bending over laughing.
"When I.... and you... and I.. you should have seen your... oh my god" He spluttered, I stamped my foot in exasperation as he simmered down.
"You're cute when you're angry" He said and my anger melted and was replaced by a blush.
"Thanks" I whispered, he shrugged again as if it was nothing and we stayed in silence for about a minute, staring into each others eyes.
"Well I gotta go, but I'll see you soon... beautiful Brianna" I blushed and nodded.
"Bye... handsome Harry" Oh my god he blushed, I made him blush. He walked in the opposite direction, turning around at one point and waving like a madman.
*beep*
I took my phone out of my pocket to see I had a new message. I opened curiously.
To: crazy chic that hit you in the b.alls
Being hit in the b.alls never brought me so much pleasure :) x

I grinned replying with 'hitting someone in the b,alls never give me so much pleasure' and picked up my bat, adjusting it to the right angle and hitting it out of the park.
