Chapter Twenty-One ; PART II
Miracle's POV:
-October-
"Right here, Miracle." I turned and watched him emerge from the dressing room powder room with a bouquet of white lilies with the insides of them stained purple. "Or should I say Lilli?" He offered the flowers to me and I know he was just trying to make a witty gesture, but I broke inside. These should've been Lilli's and not mine.
"Thanks, Babe." I gave him a kiss quickly, before I started to cry. We sat and talked to everyone for a half an hour until the stage manager came in and ordered them out. I exchanged bittersweet goodbyes to my family and boyfriend before they left. "Bye! I love you all!" I called to them all down the hall.
We were at PHL by eight and our plane had taken off at nine thirty. We were expected to touch down at Heathrow by ten o'clock in the morning. I was finally returning to my home. Aunt Isabella said she'd be there to pick me up with Mickey and Uncle Eric; I was spending the weekend with them before the touring began. Uncle Zayn and Aunt Ali were picking Parker up for the weekend; this will be the first time we've been apart since June. It's weird that I'm resting on his shoulder right now, while he snores away, and I miss him already. More than I miss anyone on this Earth right now. Not more than I miss Lilli, but still. I miss him a lot.
"Good morning, passengers! We have landed at our destination. It is a comfortable twelve degrees celsius with a chance of rain in late afternoon. From all of us here at British Airways, we wish you all a wonderful holiday in London."
"Styles, wake up. We're here." He shook himself awake and unloaded our things from the storage units.
"Let's go," He was still half asleep, but he extended his hand to mine and guided me off of the plain. "Where did they say they were picking us up at?"
"Bagage claim." We walked, still hand in hand, to retrieve our things. I saw five figures in the distance holding up signs with our stage names on them. "Look, I see them!" I tried to drag him along; I wanted to run to them.
"Go ahead. I'll make it there eventually." With a wide grin on my lips, I took off. The first person I saw was Aunt Is. She looked comfortable in leggings and a purple tank top. She tugged a teal cardigan over her chest; it was chilly in the airport. Next to her was Mickey who was, basically, a second sister to me. With her Ray-Ban glasses stuck on her face, as always, she stood and bounced on her blue heels while she waited for me.
"Miracle!" They both screamed at once. I took a leap into their arms and hugged them for the first time since I was eight years old. I've missed them so much. Aunt Is said Uncle Eric was getting our bags for us down yonder with Uncle Zayn and Aunt Ali. "And look what the cat dragged in!" Is grabbed Parker's cheeks as she arrived. She gave him a kiss as he wrapped his arms around her. "Boy, the last time I saw you, I was staring down at you. And now I have to stare up at you!"
"Hey, what can I say? Puberty has treated me well, Is." We all laughed and headed down to the rest of our gang. We met up with them and did the whole 'Look at you!' thing again before parting our ways. "So, I'll see you Sunday evening? At The O2 for the concert?"
"Yeah, I'll see you there. Later." He waved back at me as Zayn wrapped an arm around his shoulders. He was gone and I felt like he took half of my heart with him. It was a weird feeling.
"Let's get you back to our place. We have lots to catch up on!" Mickey took my hand in hers and escorted me to their car. Her and I sat in the back seats and all I could think about was Parker. We have been attatched at the hip since June and now he was gone for two whole days. Not that I didn't wanna be with Is and Mickey but, was it too late to go with Zayn and Ali?
