I don't think you realize that being mentally disabled is a serious disease.

The people who are unfortunate enough to suffer from it has a hard struggle in their lives to overcome. There's no cure for most cases of it, no one can help how they act if they have it.

It's not funny. PleaSe don't joke about things like that, it's extremely offending if you have someone like that in your life.
