lol how bout 10 the first day then every other day add 5. leaves time for the muscles to repair every other day...alternate the upper body & leg days.

I arm wrestled my boss 5'4'' 135 and she beat me in two seconds. I wish I could drop and do ten !!!

damn...i used to be able to do that sort of thing...man i used to be hella buff now im like damn can hardly curl 15 lbs one hand anymore...*sigh* workin back to it tho haha
