I used to be incredibly shy and I would not speak some days at all and I would never publicly tell people how I feel

And I think dealing with social anxiety, and depression and anorexia somehow made me a little braver

because I can talk about it

You go girl, I know those aren't good things or proud things. But the fact that you've gained bravery is good and although I don't know you I can honestly say I'm realy happy for you
