step 1. choose a guy you like.
step 2. begin talking to him in a group. if he says anything gross, act really grossed out. keeps you from going into being too good of friends
step 3. start talking to him alone in a group
step 4. start talking to him alone
step 5. spend more time with him. show him how awesome you are.
step 6. start flirting. show that you're interested
step 7. start looking for signs to see if he's interested. if he is, proceed to talk to him about it. if he's not, still show him how amazing you are and if he still doesn't realize it, then you guys aren't meant to be together and you can move on. go back to step 1.

i also forgot to mention that you should sometimes like...brush up against him, maybe invade his personal body space. that will give him shivers and make him think about you more. basically, just be really flirty.
