Today I told my teacher I haven't self-harmed in a year and she was like "A year? Wow. That's gone fast. I'm so proud of you, I really am. I actually can't explain how proud I am of you right now." We talked about other things and stuff... I actually feel like she's the only person in my school who understands me and actually shows that she cares about me. She's just so understanding and makes time for me and ACTUALLY LISTENS TO ME. No one else really does... I actually look up to her. She's helped me so much, more than anybody tbh!
