There are two types of evil people, people who do evil stuff and people who see evil stuff being done and don't try and stop it.

What is up with these people, yo?
Like if someone is unconcious then they cant say yes or no
And if you do not say anything people are obviously going to think its okay to do whatever theyre doing
Like with a child you have to tell them to stop doing something if its bad for them or someone else.....if you dont say anything the childs obviously going to think its okay to continue doing whatever it is that theyre doing
And thats the same with suicide
Sheesh

Silence is consent?
So if someone is unconscious then it's okay to r/ape them?
So if someone is extremely drunk it's okay to r/ape them?
So if someone is so terrified that they do not say anything out of extreme fear, it's okay to r/ape them?
Silence does not equate to legal consent to under the law. Nor does the alleged victim have to prove any physical resistance to the sexual assault. Verbal and physical silence are not the ways in which a person consents to .
Silence is not consent.

LET ME REPEAT.
SILENCE IS NOT CONSENT. CONSENT IS SAYING "YES" AND WILLINGLY ENGAGING IN SOMETHING.

I meant with suicide, thus why it's yellow, why there's ribbons.

Imagine this:
Someone comes to you and says 'Hey, I'm kinda suicidal'
And you say nothing
That makes the person think 'Ohey, okay, they don't care enough to say something so that means that I should infact kill myself.'

The whole point of the quote was to tell people to speak up because not saying something is just like 'Okay, go ahead, do what you want.'

Now imagine it with r/ape, since that seems to be what gets your goat.
Someone you knew just got r/aped and you don't say anything. You don't tell the police, a school counselor, their parents. You do absolutely nothing. The r/apist gets off scott free, thinking that it's okay to r/ape people because they didn't get in trouble for it.
