entitled to an education than she is,

I'll note that some people become uncomfortable when people wear revealing clothing at school. It's not about "her education", it's about making sure that nobody else get distracted because she doesn't want to follow the rules. (And you're neglecting lesbians)

People should follow the dress code given by their school just like adults have to follow dress codes for their jobs and stuff.
