I don't even know:( I just woke up feeling sad and now I'm scared that I'm going to be sad for a really long period of time again...

Oh don't worry. I have that too a lot. What I do to get over this period is doing only things I like. For example I will listen to music and stay in my room all day. And I will do things for myself, like, go shopping alone or draw. Actually I avoid people. I believe it's what they say 'I need time for myself.' :)
